The Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam has issued Decision 364/QD-CA dated 01 October 2023 regarding announcement of 07 case laws, one of which is case law No. 69/2023/AL (“Case law 69”) regarding the arbitration’s authority on settling non-disclosure and non-competence agreement disputes.
